Assemblywoman Natasha Johnson Selects Animal Friends of the Valleys as Nonprofit of the Year

SACRAMENTO – Assemblywoman Natasha Johnson (R-Lake Elsinore) has selected Animal Friends of the Valleys (AFV) as Nonprofit of the Year for Assembly District 63.

Animal Friends of the Valleys is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting humane care of animals through education and a humane, proactive animal services program. They are committed to preventing the suffering of animals and to ending pet overpopulation in our local communities.

“The work Animal Friends of the Valleys does for animals across the communities they serve is nothing short of inspiring,” said Assemblywoman Johnson. “Their compassion, dedicated staff and volunteers, and commitment to providing a safe haven for all animals reflect the very best of our community. As an animal lover, I am deeply grateful for their dedication and proud to recognize the impact they make every day in Assembly District 63.”
